Probably the grossest place I’ve been.Sheets were dirty. They had hair and boogers (not a joke) on them, holes in them, and stains. Room smelled terrible. Shower did not drain, just filled up with water so you were made to stand in nasty water when attempting to bathe. There was also hair and old bars of soap left in there. Every surface in the room was dirty with greasy handprints or crumbs. Deadbolt latch on door was half snapped off. I really do not think the room was cleaned at all.

The staff was the only positive thing about our experience. Filthy room. The door did not work properly. The a/c either kept the room at arctic temperature or tropical jungle, and when it was off the room dripped with condensation. We witnessed a police call to one room while we were there and were awakened at 4 am by a drunken pool party. A full bottle of vodka, cranberry juice, and a room key were left outside the door to the kids’ room. We stayed one night. Good luck.

Even though the staff was polite and always at their post due to availability they couldn't help with some problems. The walkways were dirty. The room wasn't just dirty or was filthy an it was as if it wasn't cleaned in weeks. The four floor was black to the rich as if it was an ashtray. The bathtub was full of hair and dirt. The ice bucket was nasty. Toiletries were scarce. There was only 1 towel for 2 people. The refrigerator was broken and unstable. I regretted getting it as soon as we were there and unfortunately had no choice but to stay because we were hours away from home and if I were to cancel I would off has to wait almost 2 weeks to get my money back. The trip was done spontaneously so I unfortunately didn't have the means to cancel and find somewhere else to go

This hotel has false advertisement about there breakfast an the bedrooms are small . They dont clean the room everyday our sheets had sand in them . Just horrible the front desk was rude

The staff were AMAZING!! Definitely a highlight. However, the room smelled like marijuana and as if it was damp.. the sheets also had a wet spot and stain so I am not super sure if they were changed. We put our blankets over it rather than make a fuss. Either way, staff was top tier and super friendly!

When i walked in my room there was trash on the bed and in the floor. The room had clearly not been cleaned. There was also burn holes in the comforters. I would not recommend staying here at all.

This was a very safe and comfortable stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful to us. We were here for the Jeepin On The Coast event. It was very easy to go to the event from this hotel. There were several places to eat very close to the hotel. Some were just across the street. We would stay here again.

Trash left in the room, smoking room with no ashtrays, and used towels left in the room. $50 deposit on a room that was left in poor conditions. This stay was terrible to say the least. When the problems were brought to the staff’s attention, they couldn’t care less about it. Huge waste of time and money.

Was not a clean room at all and smelled. The wiring was all messed up had to have the light on to even have the plug to work or I wouldn't have been able to use my CPAP machine. Was there for 4 days and only had somebody come by one time which was 3 days later to see if we needed anything other than that daily we had to go down in fetch our own toilet paper and towels and they only allowed you to have two towels two hand towels and two washcloths and one roll of toilet paper at a time. They offered breakfast yes but it was only cold cereal and waffles. We had to check out early and check out around 4:00 a.m. in the morning but when we went to check out found out that we could not get our $50 cash deposit back until after 9:00 a.m. in the morning so we had to make an hour and a half return trip on the weekend to get our money back. Absolutely disgusting with everything and will not be returning there and considering never returning to any motel 8 again. Maybe a little cheaper but not worth it I'd rather pay more money than to pay less and get what we got

I've had a lot of bad motel experiences in my life mostly due to living in a few of them during my life. BUT THIS PLACE!!! DONT DO IT!!! I never even saw the room. I didn't get past the rudeness of the owner. When I walked in there was no welcoming smile at the desk. There was a man who took a phone call before even speaking with me. Then as I proceeded to explain that I was unaware of the EXTRA $50 deposit due to ordering on hotel.com and their lack of clarity to EXTRA FEES he wouldn't let me speak kept talking over me and at one point completely looked past me to someone behind me and tried to check them out. After the shocking disrespect from a business owner I called him rude, lost my money to a business that doesn't deserve to even be in the customer service business, and had to find ANOTHER PLACE to stay. MOTEL 6 IN BILOXI WAS AMAZING. I called them with my issue and was given a discounted room which after reading all the reviews on SUPER 8 GULFPORT I should have cancelled before the refund time was up. Because that man running the front is horrible. I will never use hotels.com again because it was not an easy and painless. You get 5% off maybe BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT PLEASE READ AAALLL THE REVIEWS.
