Dirtiest room and hotel I have ever seen. Never saw a room service person in 3 days. Cigarette burns in the bed covers and dirty towels.

The room wasnt clean there was hair everywhere. On the walls and tub itself. On the toilet hair hanging off the hangers. Old bobby pins behind bathroom door. Doors were really nasty. The staff were very nice absolutely no problems w any member encountered. Breakfast wasnt so great not much to choose from w so many different diets. There was white n wheat bread for toast waffles n 2 types if cereal. No fruits at all. Coffee was good. Also the hotels that dont offer handicapped accommodations need to state they dont offer those services. Was n need of handicapp accommodations n was unaware it wasnt offered until check in and couldnt cancel reservation.

This hotel is in of need repair inside the rooms, I’m sure my room wasn’t the only room. On top of all that I had to put a towel in the bottom of the tub to shower the floor of the tub was in terrible condition not to mention the hair on the wall of shower and the filthy shower curtain. Wow pictures don’t lie see below rust everywhere, dirty walls, base boards fall off the walls, terrible booked 2 nights stayed 1 night didn’t ask for a refund just got the hell out of there.

I must say you need to bring your own towels. I got refreshed towels and they had hair on them. The breakfast is just toast, cereal and waffles. That’s it. I cleaned my own room. The floor was filthy. I stayed a week.
