Welcome to Villa GoALL'O in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, Brittany.
Located by the port of the seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux, near Binic-Étables, this pleasant holiday home awaits you in a peaceful residential area close to the sea, harbors, beaches, and the GR34 coastal path.
Renovated in 2022, the villa features tasteful, contemporary décor for a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy a spacious living area of over 40 m² with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge and dining room. There are three charming bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm); upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a small sea view; and a children’s attic space with two single beds (90 cm), a games library, and books. Two shower rooms with two toilets (one separate), Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV complete the amenities.
The villa has original wood floors and staircase, surrounded by flower gardens. A utility room with washer-dryer and a ground-floor cloakroom are available for your return from the beach or fishing. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub) available on request. The private enclosed garden (450 m²) offers terraces, barbecue, loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture.
Private parking in the courtyard, garage for bikes and leisure or water sports gear. Free street parking.
Five beaches, three harbors, the GR34 trail, water sports center, tennis courts, cinema, and playground nearby. Restaurants and entertainment from 500 m away.
Self check-in possible. Events not allowed.
Beds made on arrival. Towels available for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning available for an extra charge.
