The Boat - On the sea in Scaglieri

Villa "the Boat" is so named because of its unique seafront and looks out upon one of the most enchanting bays of the island: La Biodola . The Villa, which has just been completely renovated, features large windows offering panoramic sea views over the lovely bay, as if you really were on a boat. There is direct access to the rocks below the house and a small path takes to the sandy beach of Scaglieri, only 100 meters away Scaglieri beach offers all services including bar, restaurants and a smal grocery shop.
The house (sleeping max 10 people) is on 3 different levels, each with direct access to the terraced mediterranean garden. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. A covered terrace with a splendid sea view furnished with table and chairs allows you to eat outside at any time of the day. Ground floor: double bed room with en-suite bathroom - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) large living room with panoramic windows that open onto a fully furnished terrace. A staircase leads to the first floor, with twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom. From the entrance a staircase leads to the lower ground floor with a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An additional double bedroom with independent access from the garden and a with sofa bed for 2 children is located on the ground floor. All the bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views.
Access to the villa is by foot from the car park which is just 150 mt away (at extra charge).

As a guest of The Boat - On the sea in Scaglieri, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Parking is available for a fee.
