The staff was okay. Our room, however, was awful. The first night we got zero sleep due to the refrigerator making awfully loud noises all night. It was nearly impossible to reach the plug but we managed to unplug it the next day. We also couldn't use the bathroom because our toilet was stopped up and the lobby bathroom was broken as well. I was given a nasty plunger to attempt fixing our own toilet but to no avail. We had to leave every time we needed to use the bathroom. Terrible experience!
