This is a two
bedroom accommodation in Birmingham City Centre in the Chinatown area. In bedroom number one you will find a large double bed with all the amenities needed along with a beautiful view of the courtyard. Bedroom number two has two twin beds and a beautiful a view of the courtyard also. The living room has a sofa bed that folds out into a double bed which sleeps an additional two persons. The living room and dining room also has a stunning view of the Essex courtyard. There is a large bathroom with a bath with shower and all the amenities needed. The apartment comes with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, an oven and a stovetop.

The apartment is situated in the center of Birmingham's night life which includes the Gay Village, The loft Lounge and within 100m you will find other beautiful and exciting venues. The Birmingham Hippodrome also a prominent theatre is only 300 m walking distance from the apartment. Further on from the apartment you can find China Town that has alot of Chinese restaurants, bars and supermarkets for your entertainment and convenience. The Arcadian is another highlight of Birmingham which houses a series of wine bars, restaurants and places that are opened significantly late for your entertainment. Despite the closeness of the various events taking place, once you step inside the Essex it is very quiet and peaceful we often say "The City Outside. Tranquility Inside."

3. Quiet hours: Guests need be quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

4. Pets are not allowed.
