We got a king room but only gave us only 2 towels. Any female will tell that is not enough. The bed was very comfortable; however, we are in NFL playoffs. I was unable to watch Packers vs Bears cause was on prime. Which i could've log into prime and cas to TV. But that didnt work, nor could add the app. Loved that was close to hospital. DIDN'T appreciate staff DIDN'T explain happy hour or what time breakfast was. I think when you are paying over $200 a night ALOT of money..

Desk clerks were rude and sarcastic. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels each day. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room on the 4th day. Beds were not changed or made. Trash was emptied and dirty towels were removed. No vacuuming.
