Wonderful stay with courteous staff. It was very close to parking and hospital. Only negative was that trash can didnt have a bag and some trash was left.

Desk clerks were rude and sarcastic. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels each day. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room on the 4th day. Beds were not changed or made. Trash was emptied and dirty towels were removed. No vacuuming.

I lovee the hotel. Was there for my mom's surgery so it was so convenient being connected to the hospital. There were food options in walking distance. And the hotel itself was really nice and clean!!! Would stay there again! 10 out 10! I do recommend!!!

We stayed overnight since my wife was scheduled for surgery early the next morning at UAB. Being the hotel was just across the street it made from where the surgery was taking place, the convenience was welcome! The Choice of dining in the hotel and also the surrounding restaurants within walking distance also helped. Hotel staff were helpful, professional, and very courteous. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
