Maria was brilliant. Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. A very relaxing stay in the Mayfair suite. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it's the first hotel we have stayed in where shakshuka was on the breakfast menu - absolutely delicious and the coffee was excellent quality too. We stayed on Sunday night so just ate pizza at the local Wetherspoons which was very good!

Lovely short trip!

We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Utilia. We arrived later than planned so decided to have dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Room was lovely and exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Birmingham.

Road Trip

The stay was part of a road trip so only one night stay. We absolutely loved the Domo. Maria was on hand from checking in to checking out, including a superb breakfast, she was so attentive to our needs, pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, she is an absolute asset to the hotel and it's efficiency of running.
