It was clean. Attractive to look at. Great Breakfast. People were nice, but had difficulty checking in. My paid-up Expedia reservations were not honored completely at first because the card they used to transfer funds to get reimbursed from Expedia would not go through. Took multiple tries. First, wouldn't go through but they showed me the room. I then left ate lunch came back still not going through. Finally, they seemed to get it done. All friendly people but for a customer having to deal with upcoming surgery not a needed experience.

This is such an amazing hotel! We stayed because our son is playing in the AHSAA semifinals and this hotel is extremely close to the Legend Arena. Upon check out they let us know that they were having complementary soup, salad, snacks, beer and wine from 5:30-7! It was perfect because they broke out a karaoke machine and my daughters sung their heart out. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful visit here with my family! I will say, my main selling point was the indoor pool. I made the mistake of not doing more research to realize that it is NOT HEATED. It was ice cold. There was no one in there because of that. My son was extremely disappointed, but he still had a great experience over all. My only other negative experience was upon arrival being told that there would only be one parking spot allotted for each room. So my mom had to park across the street in a sketchy parking garage. There was throw up and urine around there. I had to leave my son with her at the hotel while I went to go park her car. We went to a red right next to it called Makarios and it was phenomenal! I’ve never seen a restaurant be that clean before in my life! Wonderful service, and even better food! I did hear some noises from the street, but I brought a floor fan anyhow to help block most of the noise out since I knew booking in downtown could be noisy. Overall I will say we had a great experience, and I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The fitness center was nice (although I wish they had a rowing machine) and the breakfast was good. I was so happy that they had at least one option for vegans (overnight oats in oat milk).

Did not have the bed type my reservation specified. Took almost 30 minutes to check in. Travelocity pricing was $25 more than regular room pricing, they accidentally rung me up instead of using my 3rd party reservation. Not happy with the experience.

Safe inside but not outside

The hotel is lovely as are the staff who went above and beyond in helping me today as during the night my and several other’s windows were smashed and vehicles vandalized. The lot was had surveillance but it didn’t help. I was refunded the parking fee and the maintenance man helped me cover my window to get me back to Florida. They were very kind but they are not responsible for damage. I would suggest a guard booth maybe? Maybe enclose the lot with a high fence so the thugs can’t simply run into the lot. I feel quite violated but they did try so hard to help.

need fresh air- get rid of the pot smokers

Neither phone worked in the room to get ahold of the front desk- I called and was hung up on repeatedly- they could not hear me. also there are some heavy pot smokers who work there because I and my teenage group smelled it in hallways and elevators EVERY time we went in and out of the hotel
