Was a lovely stay. Room was perfect for the weekend. Parking was well priced. Didn't have time to try the pool/gym facilities but looked good when we walked past. Metro was close and didnt take long to get into Birmingham. Will book again if we were to come back no hesitation.

Hotel rooms bar lovely Leisure club terrible hot tub out of order but generally dirty and so many areas of plaster falling off wall so in need of refurb Which is such a shame been here lots but will not return wish id took photos as you could see what i saw

The room was comfortable and all in the room was good. What was I disappointed about was the general state of the hotel. The corridors could do with an update and the outside too. The food at the restaurant was not good.

Few niggles but would stay again.

Great place to stay and breakfast was great (apart from the hash browns). The spa was a little small and the changing rooms desperately need updating. Dinner was good though the service was very slow. I would stay there again.
