On your doorstep you’ll find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, with a large Tesco supermarket directly opposite and a retail park just 5 minutes away. Sheldon Country Park, with its walking trails and Old Rectory Farm, is only a short stroll from the property. Solihull is also just a 15-minute drive or 30-minute bus ride away.



Getting Around:

The property is well connected for both leisure and business stays.



• Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus, giving access to the Bullring & Grand Central, museums, and nightlife

• Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes or a 15-minute drive, with Touchwood Shopping Centre and many dining options

• Birmingham Airport and the NEC are less than 10 minutes away
