The Host was extremely responsive. Whenever I texted to ask a question, he got right back to me. We really appreciated his help. The bathroom looks brand new, its simple but beautiful. We don't really have complaints, but just a few suggestions for improvement. * There were air fresheners but it smelled stale. It seems like it could use a good wipe down with a good strong cleaner. * vacuum carpet under the bed.* paint the floor. * get rid of the futon and either replace it or restate it on VRBO as a 2-person room. * It would be good to have an instruction card somewhere that included some simple instructions for operating the washer/dryer combo, how to get on the internet & TV, additional instructions for LATCH. The doors were opening with just my phone. We had to type in the code, but we didnt kniw which one until we realized most of the codes, except the room, were the same. * Since you cant park in the building parking lot, make it more clear that you need to park somewhere around the building, but also if the parking garage right next to the building is an option. * make it clearer that, since you wont get the LATCH codes until check-in time, nothing at all will show up on the ap until then. It'll look like you've veen forgotten, but at check-in everything will populate.It would be nice to have one extra set of towels. We had 3 poeple but only 2 towels. We bought another set at Walmart so we had enough.Otherwise, it had what we needed for a weekend visi
