This place looks good on the front facade and in photos but it was clearly an old hotel with a bad face lift. The room looked clean but sketchy at the same time. We won’t be staying there again.

The hotel's front desk clerk was not customer friendly! The hotel asked for an additional $100 for a deposit! The rooms were not clean and there was no staff available to clean the room! I asked for an early check in for a business call and I was told no! The front desk clerk was Very rude! The hotel is not for business professionals! The hotel's appearance is not the same as a seen on this website!

We were looking for a clean affordable hotel to stay at. I booked this hotel for a excellent on line booking price and it had good reviews. I always am somewhat nervous with online bookings. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleaniness and updates in the rooms. Now here are my cons.. i would seriously like management to take home enough pillows from the hotel for themselves and their family members. They need to take all their personal pillows at home off their beds and everyone can only sleep on these hotel pillows for the night. I promise you you will need an early checkout the next morning from your home because your family members are going to be incredibly angry with you! These pillows should not even be considered a pillow! We were not impressed with your mattresses but they were not the worst i have slept on but 2 out our four travelers said the mattress was hard and they had a difficult time sleeping. I got up during the night and stepped in a puddle of water. I have balance issues and this could have resulted in a fall for me. I reported this to the gentleman at the front desk and was told sometimes the refrigerators leak. That when they tell maintenance that basically they just look at the refrigerator and then wait until it leaks again and then repeat the same thing. This is really unacceptable because someone could get hurt. The room was a good deal and we would stay again if we were in the area.
