You can walk to the lake, ideal for boating or paddleboarding with family or friends. You are also just 10km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, kettle, etc., opening onto a living/dining room with a TV and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms with storage: the first bedroom has two single beds (90cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (160cm), and the third bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a TV. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet provide added comfort. Outside, there is a garden with patio furniture where you can enjoy sunny days, and an electric and gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying your meals. Parking is available in front of or within the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, set off by bike to visit the market, enjoy a coffee on a terrace, explore our cycle paths, or even cycle to the ocean for sunset. A sunny holiday awaits!
