THE EXPERIENCE
The Flamingo Hideaway is a boutique studio in the secure gated community of Cas Abao. From your private covered patio, you overlook the vibrant island greenery that leads down to the salt ponds (salinas), with a clear view of the Caribbean Sea on the horizon. It is the perfect spot to experience the "Salt" side of our Sea & Salt views—providing a front-row seat to the resident flamingos that frequent the ponds at dawn and dusk.

Designed for two guests, this studio features clean, modern finishes and a smart, well-proportioned layout that combines sleeping, lounging, and dining in one comfortable open space—perfect as a quiet home base for beach days, snorkeling, shore diving, and West-side exploration.

We operate with “shared stewardship” of our island’s resources:
• The Breeze: Hilltop airflow along with screens on all external doors & windows often reduce the need for constant AC.
• Electricity: 10 kWh/day included; excess billed at $0.40/kWh.
• Water: High-quality desalinated tap water (safe and great to drink); we encourage tap use to reduce plastic waste.

• Non-smoking: 100% smoke-free property (including all outdoor areas)
• Host support: The estate includes a separate on-site residence that is inhabited year-round, helping ensure the property remains secure, quiet, and in excellent condition. While your suite remains completely private, this discreet presence offers peace of mind and prompt support if needed. Guests also appreciate having access to local insight and island recommendations that help make their stay effortless and memorable.
