For some reason, the electrical outlets were super far from the bed. To the point where the alarm clock couldn't plug in and the lamp cords were eight feet long and stretched tight to be plugged in. Get some extension cords or rewire the room.

This is in a good area if you don't want to rent a car! My room was extremely clean. Very much appreciated that. It would be better if they offered breakfast.

Worst hotel in Bismarck

The pool area is ok-very poorly lit pool area. Our first room smelled like an ash tray, our new room was right next to our old room and there was minimal difference. Our tub didn’t drain while showering, and the pillows were like plastic. We’d be hard pressed to stay here again!

Rooms were dirty. The hot tub had 2 ft less water than it was supposed to & was barely warm. When leaving, a homeless person was sleeping right in the parking lot by the hotel sign. Will never return.

While the hotel itself was fine, I had some issues with staffing. I will admit that I booked the wrong night, but I was able to still get a room since there was space. However, the person on night shift "checked me in," without putting my card on file or charging me for another night. This resulted in my stuff being completely removed from the room without any communication.

Excellent location in the commercial district of Bismark. It is located a few miles from the airport and the Kirkwood mall and many restaurants are across the street and down the block. Room was very clean.
