This 142 m² hypo-allergenic pool house is located in the first row on a lovely, sunny plot, which is sunny most of the day. Just 25 metres below the house is a child-friendly beach. From the covered terrace with glass on three sides there is a beautiful view over the charming Little Belt with Funen in the background. No letting to youth groups. Out on the water there is plenty of activity, and the bird life is fantastic on the Little Belt. The house has 3 A-heat pumps for heating pool, pool area and residential, providing a comfortable environment and providing benefits for both guests and nature by saving on electricity consumption. There is underfloor heating in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom and pool area. The pool department has heat recovery and ventilation, and the door can be locked. The pool is 20 m² and has a depth of 1.5 m. In this section there is also a whirlpool, a sauna and a shower room. In addition, there is a large, bright open space with room for relaxation. Glass door directly to the south-facing, enclosed terrace where there is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the sun in peace. There are 2 bedrooms with good mattresses. There is also a nice mezzanine where there is a clear view to the east and the water and there are also 2 extra beds. The house has a double carport, where there is ample space for car and boat.
