Excellent property and location for both Asheville and Biltmore Mansion. Home was very accommodating, immaculately kept. Our two toy poodles loved the back fenced yard Really enjoyed visting the town of Black Mountain. Everyone was extremely friendly and very talented artist. Thank you for being so attentive during our stay. We will definitely be returning.

This was a perfect vacation for me and my husband and our two pups! I booked this place for the fenced in back yard! It was so much more! Staying here was a pleasure! The location to downtown was only about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Very clean and quiet! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back! The cottage was very cozy and clean, tucked away in a cute little area a short walk into town. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, there were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The wall A/C Units kept the cottage very cool as it was the middle of summer. The fenced in back yard was nice and private and very well maintained. The living room was set up with a pretty big tv great for watching movies. Check in and check out process was very quick and the host was very good at responding to anything that we needed. Highly recommend, I have nothing negative to say!

Visit to Black Mt June15-21st

The cottage was clean, very new and had many updated appliances. Beds were wonderful and tv had many choices. Bathroom suitable though no hand grab to get into shower or tub. Kitchen was large and well stocked with pots, pans and toaster and coffee maker. Back yard was fenced and cool in the morning. Suitable for dog. Front porch was new and had rocking chairs but needs rail to use for steps. I’m old and needed some help in order to go up and down steps without falling. If I had been alone I may have fallen in bathroom and also on porch steps

The Cozy Cottage was wonderful! It was clean , comfortable, and the perfect base for our trip to Black Mountain / Montreat /Asheville. We cooked many of our own meals, and the kitchen was really well-equipped. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Loved all the neat shops in town. Whitney was great and made sure we had everything we needed at the cottage. Will definately be back.

Black Mountain visit

Cottage was very clean and just the right size for our family of 3. It was conveniently located a short walking distance to downtown Black Mountain, so visiting local eateries was easy without having to find parking. Host recognized small child with us and dropped off a pack n play to ensure we had everything needed. Definitely will consider the property again when in Black Mountain area.

Lovely, convenient cottage in Black Mountain

This cottage was a gem. Check in was convenient and easy! The cottage was well stocked, extremely clean and cozy. We were able to walk to downtown Black Mountain as well as to other neighborhoods for hiking. We felt warm and safe. We will definitely return:)

Cute, Clean and Updated Mountain Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our short stay in Black Mountain. It was well decorated, very clean, and had just enough space for us. Loved the extra heater/fire feature under the TV, very cozy. I appreciated the extra blankets to curl up with on the sofa; we were there on a very cold weekend. Was able to make my coffee in the morning and enjoy to quiet. Cute fenced backyard with fire table and grill. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and Whitney was a great communicator. It's about a 15-minute walk to the downtown and shops, which we would have done if it hadn't been so cold that day; it was only a 3-minute drive. All in all, Great stay and great property! Would stay again :)
