The classic charms of country living meet the ease and polish of new construction at this tree-lined cabin in the outskirts of Blairsville. A tranquil haven for hikers, anglers, and all lovers of the great outdoors, this cabin welcomes you home from your adventures with a lovely, shaded deck overlooking the woods.
This hillside home sits 11 miles south of downtown Blairsville, giving you easy access to the conveniences of town in a serene, rural setting. In this beautiful pocket of North Georgia, you'll be within a five-mile drive of Vogel State Park, the Appalachian Trail, Sosebee Cove Scenic Area, and DeSoto Falls Recreation Area.
As a new build, this two-story home is full of the comforts of modern living: central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Yet it's also warm and inviting, thanks to exposed-beam ceilings, walls and floors of natural wood, and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in the evenings. It's a great spot to prepare homemade meals, dine at one breakfast bar, and set up a favorite board game at another. For your evening entertainment, you'll also find TVs in both the living room and the bedroom upstairs.
During your visit, enjoy access to a wide variety of shared amenities including a large covered and furnished deck with an outdoor gas fireplace, two firepits, and a fun-filled, lower-level game room with classic arcade games, vending machines, a TV, full-size pool table, virtual reality area, ice machine, and poker table.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no washer/dryer.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
