When checking-in they don’t tell you that parking if free for hotel guests so I paid for parking. It’s been a hard time to get my money back. I called too many time and left messages but nobody calls back. If it was the other way around they would be calling me 100 times a day.

The IU campus is beautiful. The Biddle and surrounding area is perfectly clean and well groomed. The flowers this time of year are outstanding. The stream that runs thru the campus attacks rabbits. just wonderfully relaxing.

What a charming character filled hotel right in the heart of the IU campus with shopping & restaurants within walking distance. The room was compact, but included everything one would need. Front desk staff at check out could use some customer service training, but other than that, it was ideal. Will definitely be back.
