It was very inconvenient to find the elevator in the garage was out on arrival. I was quick to get an email that they would charge for parking, but not that. My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival.

Overall, good hotel experience except for the check-in staff member that was unwelcoming, and she conveyed an attitude of annoyance when checking us into our hotel room. The snack area had several items out of stock which was unfortunate!

Room air condition would turn off frequently as it detects no activity in the room, even when I was in the room. If you are sleeping in the room, the sensor would think room is empty and the AC would turn off. the front desk said the sensors are working as expected. I extended the room by paying extra and they still send the cleaning staff to disturb while i was sleeping. not a great experience.

The first room they put me in smelled like feces. I asked for another room and they told me they were sold out. Had to wait on maintenance for an hour to determine that the room was uninhabitable because of a moldy air conditioner leak. They finally put me in another room (I wonder how that suddenly materialized) and it was OK but definitely the most I've spent on such an underwhelming space. My half ton pickup, not at all a big truck and without any lift, didn't fit in the garage so I asked the person at the front desk if I would be safe to park in the metered spot right outside the door. I woke up with a parking ticket on my window. This was easily in my top 5 worst hotel experiences in my life and I sleep in hotels at least 100 nights per year.
