Cindy is everything!! Her hospitality and warm nature over the phone and I didn't even want to call anywhere else! I hugged her when I saw her! Micheal and Jeff were accommodating as well! Breakfast was fire, give that man a raise! Would highly recommend for the value and warm hospitality! Thank you so much for everything!!

Worst hotel ever! I was moved to 4 different rooms. No heat in one, broken toilet, tv didn’t work. Absolutely awful. In the find I ended up in a room with a heater that was so loud I couldn’t sleep all night. Staff could care less. I would rather sleep in my car next time!

Wallpaper peeling as i walk down the hall to our room, the hot water only worked in the shower. Breakfast was not worth prepaying and for the price. The employee was talking to customers about ICE, and what the government is doing in the US while. I waited to check in, which seemed unprofessional. If you plan to stay in bloomington, I'd find a better hotel. Wasn't terrible but could have definitely been better.
