The room was dirty, both mirrors filthy. "Recently Renovated " signs up...they white washed painted everything! Even the shower pan, So large peels of paint sloughing off and clogging the drain, flooding the bathroom floor. Dirty parking lot with lots of trash on ground. Sketchy people in lot late at night, clerk is behind glass box for a reason?!

In all my years of extensive travel, this was the worst experience of all! I checked in with police watching video footage, police in hallway, then the last straw was hairs and eyelashes on the pillows and in the sheets when pulling back covers. By the time I got my things in, had to ask for towels etc. I was at the facility approximately 2 1/2 hours when I found the hairs. I checked out with argumentative actions at desk. They kept $30 of my money because I was there for over 15 minutes. The desk clerk stated I was there for over 5 hours which was not even possible with the timing of my flight getting in after 7 pm 45 minutes away. And I was checking into another hotel at 11:30pm. I reached out to Mitel 6 corporate but got the 15 minute rule from them. I will never stay in such a place again.

The rooms are kind of updated. One spot that definitely is NOT updated was the bathroom (minus the flooring). The fixtures were probably 40 years old but still worked fine. I did find a couple of random hairs left behind but I paid $56 a night. Other than that, the room was clean. The common areas look pretty rough and smell strongly of cigarette smoke, but it's not a big deal as you're in them for like 30 seconds coming in and out your room. They also allow pets with no extra fee, which is a big plus since not many hotels in the area offer that. It's not a great place to stay but it's cheap, adequate, and fit my needs. I would stay here again if it came up. Just manage your expectations relative to the price you pay. It's not going to be as nice as a place that costs $200 a night, so don't expect it to be.
