We stayed with our two grandkids and had local family visit. Conveniently located near the beach, playground, great restaurants and amusement park. Beach chairs and towels were provided.
The cottage was clean spacious and a good location we have 1small child and baby so being just off the beach with the whole building to ourselves was perfect only struggle was being second story but it will not be a deal breaker for our next visit thank you for such a great stay
Very clean and quiet! Just a few minutes walk to many restaurants, park and beach. Alot to do in town and many state parks with a short drive. Our stay was great! Our host was always right downstairs at the ice cream shop if anything was needed! (Great ice cream btw!)
We had the best time staying here. It was perfect for me and my 3 girl friends. The finding the place at first was confusing but the people who own the place also own the ice cream shop right beside it and the girls there were very helpful. The host was also very responsive when we had questions. It was the perfect location to walk wherever. We had a great stay!
Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Light, bright, open living room with lakeview...But noisy. House is on very busy main street. Heavy truck traffic beginning daily at 530 am that shakes the foundation of the structure and even the beds shake. This woke me up every morning at 530.The staircase ( leading to upstairs unit) is steep and narrow but well lit.
Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer.
