Oak Haven is located right off Sunset Dr on a small stretch of New River in downtown Blowing Rock. The river is more like a creek and has easy access for the kiddos and dogs to walk around in.



There is plenty of parking available, but only one vehicle is permitted in the strip between our building and the one right across from it. Additional parking is available throughout the rest of the property.

Just a short walk to Main Street and within minutes to area attractions like: Appalachian Ski Mountain (9 minutes to the parking lot), Chetola Resort (0.5 mile - <10 minute walk), Blowing Rock Country Club (1.5 mile walk or drive), Bass Lake (1.4 mile walk or drive), Tweetsie Railroad (9 min drive), Boone/Appalachian State University (15-20 min drive), Bistro Roca (our favorite! 0.7 mile - 12 min walk), Blue Ridge Parkway Access (1.6 mile - 4 min drive), Speckled Trout (0.6 mile - 10 min walk).

Up to two dogs will be considered upon request and require prior approval. Must be under 35 pounds each, weight limit strictly enforced by HOA. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay.
