Not sure who will accept responsibility for this. Booked this room and received all confirmations from Expedia. When my employee got there, they told him Expedia had canceled the reservation, we had to pay for the room a second time. I gave them all the confirmation #'s but to no avail.

Georgia Mountain vacation

The hotel is nothing fancy but extremely clean. Everything was in good condition. Breakfast was tasty. Staff is very friendly.

The only problem i had was i prepaid online. They wanted to hold 110 on my card. We were not told about the hold. I understand it but i wasnt prepared due yo my check being deposited the next day. So they locked our room doors 1 hour after we arrived and had gone to get food. If i had not had a credit card we would have been in a bad situation. It should be told up front. I will look for a different place to stay next time.

Always a good time in Ellijay, GA

I always enjoy going to Ellijay Georgia. When I reserved the room, stated that I would have a mountain view. If I had a mountain View I would have given it five stars but it did not. I was in the ground level way at the corner surrounded by parking vehicles.

It is a odd drive up road to the hotel. It is on the mountain and the drive up is narrow and small and does not give much of ease to turn, of which the turn is very sharp.

Breakfast was horrible. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We do specifically like Best Western because breakfast is included. Pastries were hostess donuts. Juice was like water. Gravy, biscuits, eggs, and breakfast meat all came from a microwave.

The hotel was great, very clean, the guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful, breakfast was good, the only thing that we didn't like was the cleaning ladies talking loud next to our door at 7:30 in the morning, and they wete talking for more than 30 minutes.
