The staff was not friendly at all, the place have bad smell on the rooms and you have to pay the hotel, not Expedia. Bad experience on this hotel

Pesimo servicio del personal, se les dejo el numero para informarnos de si abria salidas a chihuahua ya que estaba cerrada la carretera y nunca nos marcaron en lo que fuimos a comer ni tampoco nos apoyaron con el transporte del equipaje a la central cuando nos habian comentado que si nos apoyaban, preguntamos que si conocian de algun servicio que pudieramos utilizar y simplemente nos dijeron que no sabian. No volveria a utilizar este hotel.
