Culver End is a delightful detached cottage, perfectly positioned less than a one minute walk from the beautiful Felpham beach. Ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway, this charming home offers a warm and comfortable base for families or friends looking to enjoy the best of the Sussex coast.

Entering the cottage through the kitchen you will find the hosts have provided everything you would need to comfortably self cater for your stay including coffee machine, cafetiere, dishwasher, fridge freeze and an additional under counter fridge, gas hob and electric oven, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

Through to the open plan living dining room which has large doors and windows looking out onto the pretty cottage garden. The dining table has seating for 6 so you can sit and enjoy the delicious meal you have whipped up in the kitchen or perhaps something from one of a fabulous local eateries. The lounge has a large smart TV and lots of comfortable seating for snuggling up in the evening after a long day on the beach. There is a lovely sunny conservatory, the perfect place to have your morning coffee.

Upstairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms, a king room, a double room and a twin room. These rooms share the family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

The pretty gardens wrap around the property and really are a feature of this cottage with lawned and patio areas, plenty of seating and a sweet little garden room.

The property has parking to the side for one vehicle, there are some areas along the road without restrictions and a nearby car park for further parking.
