The restaurant was excellent, and has a well-deserved reputation as an outstanding dining option. Unfortunately, the hotel staff put me in a street side room that was both noisy and cold. The room was terribly inadequate, and they made no attempt to remedy the situation. The location is also bpoor, as it is a 15-minute ride to the main area of bogota. Overall, it was a poor experience, though the food was the saving grace.there are many better options.

I’ve stayed at HAB in three separe occasions and I’ve had the best experience. The staff is welcoming, very accommodating, and I feel very safe in the area. There are many great restaurants around the area as well that are walking distance. Highly recommend!

My stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The location is great. You are within walking distance to some good restaurants. I like the eco friendliness of the hotel. The thing I disliked was customer service. The front desk lady was rude when I lost my key card and told me that they will charge for it, which was fine. I just didn’t like the attitude and unprofessional attitude. The staff needs to smile more and be attentive to their guest. Also, the toilets clog easily, which wasn’t a deal breaker. It’s not a terrible hotel. I just think the staff needs to treat their guest with respect.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The bar made solid drinks and the food was delicious. The only minor suggestion would be to put fans in the rooms, which can get stuffy at night.
