Great modern hotel in El Chapinero neighbourhood. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds, near a few restaurants / bars, and easy to get around (especially by uber)

En general fue muy bueno. La arquitectura, decoración, ubicación y comodidad fueron excepcionales. Sin embargo nos ubicaron en una habitación que tenia el cuarto de servicio y un lavadero en frente y se escuchaba mucho ruido en el l cuarto. Aparte de eso, un gran hotel.

Beatiful and cozy hotel. This was my 4th stay. This time I had some issues witha double charge for my stay, corrected after. However, the customer service left me disappointed. I also did not get the room I reserved, also corrected, but showed a lack of attention to detail.

I learned HAP used to be a convent. It was pleasant and in a nice area of Chapinero. I liked the cafe...convenient, tasty, and not expensive. It has three sections and a 3 floor walk up. I was on the first floor in a smaller room. Relatives had a bigger room on the 3rd floor.

Great boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants. Rooms were ok but not as up to date as the common areas. Like the bathroom lacked lot of lighting and vanity was peel from water splashes over time. The staff was great and friendly and would suggest this place easily to someone else.

Superb value for money, with exceptional staff and very clean. The room was compact, but practical, and whilst something of a tropical maze on the inside, it was a very memorable choice. The immediate area, which is residential, is frequented by students, and whilst graffiti adorns the main road area, I didn't feel unsafe at any point. Carlos is very welcoming at the front door, and I don't have her name but the receptionist with long curly hair was exemplary. I stayed nine days for under £500.00, whilst being within walking distance of the Aldino shopping mall and linked areas. A great find, with some superb restaurants if you continue left from the front door.....

Not as good as you would think!

We have stayed before but in a standard room. This time we were in a Executive Room for 2 nights. Shower Gel and Shampoo ran out. Asked for these to be topped up but they were not. No towels for the second night.I had to go and ask at reception for towels, shampoo and shower gel. Not a problem but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Plug sockets did not sit flush against the wall so a child could easily get a finger inside. Ongoing maintenance seems lacking. Overall an ok stay

Absolutely beautiful property. There is a gorgeous patio with tons of plants. It feels like a very serene getaway. Very safe area too. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Bogota. The staff is very helpful for English speakers too.

Location is quiet and near restaurants and walkable to Theatron. Cute restaurant inside for breakfast. No elevator. They were really strict about visitors and it was annoying by. Rooms are very minimal and small. Gym has little equipment

This is a very unique property and certainly worth a visit (for a drink or brunch) if not a stay. They've got a great aesthetic, although the hallways are hard to navigate given the low lighting. Honestly, this would be a 4-5 star stay if not for one major issue...noise. The walls are paper thing (you can hear people cough two rooms away, and doors opening and shutting at all hours). If you're a light sleeper or even like to sleep in past 7am, I suggest just coming by for a meal. If you have earplugs or can sleep through a hurricane, this is definitely your hotel. (Having stayed in multiple across the city, this is by far my favorite when I've brought my ear plugs).

Refreshing of bathroom had forgotten new towels and toilet paper. There is no A/C nor heat to control The inside is VERY dark, in bathroom but also in the corridor and stairwell. Breakfast was very nice the hotel is very pretty
