Denise is delightful to work with. She was prompt with responses to questions and went above and beyond. Her home is lovely and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to NJ. It's convenient to New York City and local shopping and restaurants.

Great place and host!

We came for an event at MetLife Stadium and visit family in NY. This place was very clean and well maintained. It’s close to just about any type of store/food spot you’re looking for. The lock on the door wouldn’t work but when I called Denise at 11:00pm, she fixed it right away. If we come back to the area, I’ll definitely try to book it again!

Bogota New Jersey quiet and safe location!

Clean and comfortable stay for four nights. Excellent communication and flexibility from the host. Kitchen has everything you need. Even some spices, coffee filters, tooth paste and toothbrushes if you forgot. Perfect for a girls weekend. Stairs are steep to the first and second story but that is advertised clearly in the property description. Beds and bedrooms so comfortable with plenty of towels and extra bedding. Would recommend with an understanding elderly or disabled would likely not be able to navigate stairs.

An absolute GEM - a home away from home

Beautiful home close to NYC!

This home was perfect for our trip to NYC. Neighborhood was beautiful and clean. The house was just as listed and our family enjoyed coming back to it after long days in nyc. Denise was one of the best hosts we've ever had, great communication and timely response to all of our needs. Smart TVs in each room won the family over as we were able to watch our favorites when we chose to stay in. We also recommend taking a walk to the local food spots, Angelos Pizza was delicious. Highly recommend this home!

Long weekend getaway

I stayed at this property with my son, daughter-in-law, and 4 year old grandson. The property was very clean, easy to find and access, and exactly what was relayed in the listing. It was easy access to NY and the American Dream Mall, which is what our trip consisted of. Denise always responded quickly to any and all communications. Very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we were to head back to this area.

Quiet getaway!

I was traveling to New Jersey for a concert and this Vrbo was perfect! It was close enough to NYC and NJ but also a good enough distance to be away from the crowds. The home was cozy and quiet, and a safe neighborhood overall. It was just like it was advertised. My favorite part was being able to have parking in the yard for the safety of my vehicle and belongings. Would book again if in the area!

The place was just as described, Denise was a wonderful, responsive host. She gives you all you need and more, the home is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. The stay was great.. We had no issues and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. The apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor and could be an issue if steps are not your thing. It was perfect for us to stay at while visiting the area. I would stay here again if in the area.

Family trip to NYC

We were looking to stay outside of the city to avoid the crowds and exorbitant prices. And this house was perfect for us. Five in my family total. We had plenty of space and just a short walk to several restaurants and grocers. And Uber or bus into the city was easy. But the best part was the host, Denise was amazing. We had a couple of quick changes and she made it all happen with ease. We would stay here again in a minute. You should too.

Home Away From Home

My family rented this apparent for about a month. Denise (the host) was excellent. Great communication and the occasional check-in to insure we had everything we need and the apartment met our expectations (which it did!). The apartment was clean and neat. Internet and location were also great. Walking distance to a couple of bars, food, laundry. While I didn’t use the apartment for access to NYC, I live close and getting into the city is easy from this location as you are 10 minutes from the GWB. Thanks Denise for a great stay!

Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a quick trip to NJ/NY. It’s very basic, no frills. Lots of steep stairs so probably better for adults (not children or elderly).
