Welcome to Hummingbird Haven, a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring Boise. Whether you're heading out to enjoy local restaurants, ordering in, or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, this home is designed for an easy, relaxed stay.

The home features a bright, open living and dining area with an electric fireplace and Smart TV, along with high-speed internet and two additional Smart TVs for your convenience.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Office: Desk and convertible sofa

Step outside to enjoy the large, private, fully fenced backyard with a patio, grill, and pollinator-friendly landscaping. It’s a great space to unwind and especially ideal for guests traveling with pets. Several dog parks are located within a mile.

Location:
The home is located in a lively, mixed-use area with nearby businesses and regular activity. This provides convenient access to dining, shopping, and main roads, but does mean some street and traffic noise, particularly during the day and evening.

A cell tower is visible in the surrounding area, though it is not located on the property.

Property layout:
This is a duplex that shares one wall (in the secondary bedroom only). There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces, and each unit has its own private entrance and separate driveway.

Smoking:
Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not smoke inside the home.

Good to know:
This is a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home that offers great value for the area. It is best suited for guests looking for a convenient and comfortable stay rather than a luxury or ultra-quiet setting.

Quiet neighborhood

Beautiful renovated property close to the interstate and downtown. Awes space for pets and extended stays. Communication with the owner was as simple and direct as good be. Super awesome to work with. Will for sure boook with thus owner again!

Wonderful host and spot!

This duplex is surprisingly spacious! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable, and SUPER CLEAN. Good WiFi, well appointed kitchen, and all necessary amenities plus extras! The host was super responsive and informative. Nice beds and the HVAC system + ceiling fans were great and kept the temp comfortable all day and night. Beautiful backyard perfect for dogs. I loved soaking in the jetted spa tub! Wonderful stay, 10/10!

Happy with our stay

This was our first time renting a Vrbo and we were so happy with our space and with the host. We brought our 3 boys, puppy and older dog. My husband and I went to see Tom segura and the location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better intro into this experience and can’t beat the prices, ESPECIALLY bringing our dogs. In our 8 years of using VRBO I have never had a bad experience until this one. The owner accused us of leaving a mess and damaging things. Never in all my years of using VRBO have we ever been accused of these things. Her messages were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Sending us a plethora of pictures that a cleaning crew would do such as a dust bunny on the floor. Hopefully others have a better experience however this was ours. Our 8 years of experience would defuse any type of rebuttal she may respond with. Which I am sure she will.

Stay here!

My partner and I and our two dogs stayed here for two nights and loved everything about the place. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen with coffee, and a great yard for the dogs. The owners supplied food bowls and pet blankets. Loved the jetted tub, too! Highly recommend.

Great house! Great property owners with excellent taste!

This place was even better than we expected! Stayed while driving through from AZ to WA. The yard is great for dogs and we loved the attention to detail in the furniture and accomodations throughout the house. Slept very well and woke up refreshed with happy dogs, which was perfect to get going for the rest of the drive.
