🚗 Getting Around

The house is off a dirt track, so a car is definitely recommended.
The hill leading up can be a little challenging, but as we like to say if my wife can do it, anyone can!

If you enjoy hiking, you’ll love our hill it’s perfect for a morning walk with beautiful views.
Buses leave every 10 minutes from town, but we still recommend car hire for comfort and flexibility.

🐐 Local Charm

Our friendly neighbour has goats, and occasionally they wander in to graze on the grass. It’s all part of the countryside charm and local life here in Bolans!

💧 Water Supply

The property has a large well beneath the house that provides your water during your stay.
If the water runs out, guests are responsible for refilling the tank before departure — a common and simple process in Antigua.

🔑 Guest Access & Check-In

When you arrive, our neighbour will meet you and help you get settled in.
If for any reason he isn’t available, you’ll find the keys inside the house — entry is simple and straightforward.

We’ll send you all arrival details in advance to ensure a smooth, stress-free check-in.
