Dårlig betjening ved ankomst og afrejse.

Besværlig adgang til personale som havde mange undskyldninger om hvorfor de ikke kunne kontaktes på telefon eller at de prøvede at kontakte os både ved ankomst og ved afrejse (ved ankomst, måtte vi igennem hotel.com og vente 2 timer og 30 minutter på at komme ind, hvilket er meget i en meget varm by, hvor vi havde en del bagage at passe på) hvor vi på trods af aftale måtte ringe og påminde om at vi sad og ventede på at forlade lejligheden. Lejligheden ligger perfekt og centralt i Byen - men da vinduer er ud til frit indsyn i lejligeheden bliver den meget lukket og ikke egnet til andet ind overnatning, og evt. måltider.
