Beautiful Bolton Landing Townhouse - Walk to restaurants, shopping & beach

Welcome to 2 Cross Street in Bolton Landing. Our home is a 3 story townhouse located in the heart of Bolton Landing...walking distance from the lake, restaurants and shops...yet far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Our home will comfortably sleep 7 and can accommodate 8 with a futon in a finished basement. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, each with a smart TV to keep you entertained after a long day exploring the Adirondacks. Also on the top floor are two full bathrooms and washer dryer for your convenince. Also, the house is equipped with central air for those hot summer days.

The main floor has a full kitchen that comes stocked with cooking utensils, a comfortable living room and a large table that can easily seat 6. If you want real french fries, we even have a deep fryer...There is also access to the back deck where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the night sky by the fire pit while kicking back in authentic Adirondack chairs. If you feel like grilling, there is also a Weber BBQ for your use.

The finished basement features a large flatscreen TV with gaming system. If you have a Peloton membership, jump on the bike for a workout with your favorite instructor. Just remember to bring your shoes and log in with your own account information.

Wedding accommodations

We stayed here for the duration of our daughters wedding festivities and can’t say enough how it was so convenient to the venue and all the great spots in town to eat and shop. Beds were SO comfortable, was bigger than we could’ve hoped for as well… Only wish they had an ironing board and iron because we had some dress up clothes that could’ve used a press the day of the wedding..

The townhouse was great. Had a small issue and Brian was super responsive and remedied the problem right away. Location was convenient to everything. House had absolutely everything we could have needed. Highly recommend.

Great Location

We loved the townhouse. It had everything we needed such as towels, sheets, soap, cream, paper goods, tea and coffee. Many nice candles around the home. We walked everywhere and it was great.

Great location - great space to enjoy family time

This home is location 2 blocks - 4 min walk - to the middle of main street in Bolton Landing. It was quiet at all times - and so easy to enjoy the fun of main street. The walk to the docks and beach was less than 10 min. And the fantastic local farmers market was across the street. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. Highly recommend - we hope to be back again soon!

Great location

The place was within easy walking distance to Bolton Landing, the marina, shops and restaurants. It was also an easy drive to great activities like parasailing, white water rafting and hiking. It was supplied with all we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable too.
