Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load dishwasher and start. Take all sheets off the beds and place on floor. Leave all towels used on the bathroom floors. Wash and return all beach towels to bathroom closet.
Take all trash out to appropriate bins. Return all water toys. Put hot tub cover on. Turn lights off. Lock doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
