I loved the Swimming pool facilities. Complimentary breakfast was good. I was surprised to find that there was no daily room cleaning service. My room was not attended to by housekeepers during my entire 4 night stay. Garbage was not removed daily. Bathroom was not cleaned daily.

Our check in went smoothly and the staff are all super friendly. Unfortunately, day 2 when we came back after a long day, we were unable to get into our room. It took 1/2 an hour to finally get our key reactivated. The clerk said there was a note on our file that we cancelled our second nights stay. Turns out they had a a trainee who cancelled our second nights stay. The doll morning they called again and asked for another payment but we’re not able to provide a receipt and only took out credit card number. Because we were in a rush to attend a funeral we had to leave. Not a very good system and I hope we don’t have more after the fact issues.

There was nothing exceptional about this stay. The beds are a bit firm and squeaky, the towels were very scratchy, and there are no signs for direction, ex. Elevator this way. The tiny fridge froze my meals. Upon leaving, i was told this happens and i could have used the one in the kitchen. No sign to indicate this on the fridge, no mention of it beforehand, but i should have known..? The tv didnt work. The staff could be friendlier. Next week, I'll try Ramada or even a motel. Very disappointing.

The hotel overall was great. The only two issues I had was that the bathroom was super small and the mattress was old, lumpy and hard. I was so sore each morning. Very disappointed.

We stay at this facility for all sports, family or whenever we need a nice place for a get away with kids. The games room is a huge bonus that keeps both our older kids and young ones entertained.
