We booked this as my daughter had an appointment at the hospital - it was dingy and rough - smelt like cigarettes. Floor height window was wide open, no screen, no lock, loose hinge and I had a crawling age baby at the time - made me so nervous

Family stay - At first glance the room was clean. Stained facecloths, blood on the blanket for the pullout couch. No towels in the pool & the bottom of the pool was dirty all you could feel was dirt on your feet. Called down for more towels for our room because there was only 2 after coming up wet from the pool & was told no one could bring them up that we had to go down to get them which whatever I went down & were only given small pool towels because it was all they had clean.

Very good stay with family. Our room was quite large and very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and well-made and there was the bonus of a pancake making machine! The pool, hot tub, work-out room and sauna were a nice bonus. Helpful staff on check-in and check-out. Lovely town - we were there for the fall fair and it was well-attended for the entire weekend.
