The home was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and I appreciated the small touches that have been made to make it feel homey. It is completely separate from the main home and has its own yard area for your exclusive use. It is a short walk into town.

This apartment was cozy, clean and quiet. It was far enough from the harbor for privacy and close enough to walk to the harbor for food, etc.

We enjoyed having this spot as our home base for a few days of exploring the area. It was comfortable and more spacious than we anticipated and we loved the view from the living area down to the water. It was a quick walk into Boothbay Harbor where we enjoyed grabbing coffee in the morning and browsing all of the cute shops. Would definitely return!

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment. Above the garage and very private. A quick 10 minute walk down to Boothbay Harbor. Recommended, would stay there again.

This home contains two connected rental units, so we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

The Apartment: Please use the side door by the garage for apartment access only.

Important: This side door (main entrance) should remain unlocked at all times, as there is no key for it. The apartment itself has a secure lock for your privacy and safety.

Parking: You`re welcome to park up to 2 cars on the right side of the driveway.

Out back, enjoy the deck, small patio, grill, and chiminea—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Privacy Note: You won’t hear your neighbors inside the house. The units are separated by a staircase, offering plenty of privacy and quiet.

Damage Waiver: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded)
