Cocoonr agency invites you to discover this 65m² flat on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a beautiful stone building, ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, in the famous Golden Triangle. Fully air-conditioned and renovated this year, it offers the perfect combination of modernity and old-world charm. With its large bedroom, it can accommodate up to 2 people, offering all the comfort you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, the Opera and Rue Sainte-Catherine.

The accommodation comprises
- A magnificent, very bright living room with a dining table for 6 people, which can be used as a workspace, a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a superb high ceiling.
- A balcony overlooking the Cours Georges Clemenceau with a beautiful view of Place Gambetta.
- A separate kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge, induction hob, multifunction oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils.
- A pleasant, large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space.
- A beautiful bathroom with an Italian-style shower.

An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.

Great central location. There is no sound from the road with the beautiful living room windows closed. Just a note; on the busy George Clemenceau Road the balcony is best enjoyed outside main traffic hours. Wonderful host team and thankyou!"

Le Trésor "Great location, spacious and stylish Appartment 🙂 Location , style 🙁 Shower is small and is inevitable to end with water on the floor.The owner should put pegs to hang the towels ….its easy to fix this issue and a shelf or something to put shampoo or gadgets in the shower area. The pots in the kitchen weren’t the right ones for the induction cooktop except for one…again easy to fix."

Le Trésor Eine sehr zentrale, grosszügige und schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Einfache Handhabung des Check-in und -out. Die Lüftung des Restaurants ist etwas laut, jedoch nur bis ca 23 Uhr, was uns daher nicht gestört hatte. Insbesondere die super Lage hat uns zugesagt, zumal man sehr schnell überall ist, wo man sein möchte. Vis a vis der Unterkunft gibt es ein Parking, das wie zu erwarten für ein Stadtparking zwar teuer ist, aber natürlich praktisch so nahe. Alles in Allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Le Trésor "Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé, malgré le bruit du ventilateur du restaurant 🙂 Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Trésor, un appartement idéalement situé dans le Triangle d'Or de Bordeaux. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Bordeaux, avec de nombreux sites touristiques, restaurants et boutiques accessibles à pied. L'accueil a été chaleureux et les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un séjour à Bordeaux centrale. 🙁 Nous avons été quelque peu dérangés par le bruit du ventilateur/climatiseur/hote du restaurant situé juste en dessous de l'appartement. Ce bruit était présent durant la journée en continu et parfois la nuit, ce qui a parfois perturbé notre sommeil."

Le Trésor "Ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Durch seine sehr zentrale Lage sind Restaurants, Geschäfte, Park fußläufig sofort zu erreichen. Die Lage bringt natürlich auch eine gewisse Lautstärke mit sich, wir würden die Wohnung deswegen für Stadtfans empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist, dass man die kleine Innenhof-Terrasse vor dem Schlafzimmer nicht benutzen kann. Das Rohr der Küchenabluft des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss geht über die Terrasse nach oben. Die Abluftanlage ist sehr laut (bis 23.30h), die Gruchsbelästigung hält sich aber in Grenzen. Insgesamt eine schöne Stadtwohnung"
