Welcome to our apartment in Borghetto Santo Spirito, an enchanting seaside town in Liguria. With beautiful sea views and an ideal location, it's perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bright living room with kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. From every room you can enjoy the sea view. The nearest free beach is just a 3-minute walk away, while the towns of Borghetto Santo Spirito and Loano can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
The living room is equipped with a dining area and TV, while the kitchenette is equipped to prepare simple meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed or kept as a relaxation area.
Each room overlooks a small balcony with sea views and fresh air. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.
Note: A road and a train line separate the apartment from the beach, so noise may be heard with the windows open. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi for your comfort.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
