Large villa in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the center of Mantua, also reachable by public transport. The bus stop is located 100 meters away.
Located at the intersection of the Eurovelo 7 and Eurovelo 8 cycle paths, relaxing and interesting routes start from our house to be tackled on foot and / or by bicycle in complete tranquility.
2 double bedrooms plus 1 or 2 single beds, strictly non-smoking. Shared bathroom.
Equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee pod machine, electric kettle). Large dining room, heating and air conditioning.
Bookstore take a book, leave a book.
Large porch with outdoor garden. Ideal for spending a holiday in freedom with family and friends, where you can enjoy all the relaxation and let your children run and play.
In the large private and closed parking you can safely store both cars and motorbikes.
We rent for tourist use only, for short periods or weeks.
7 beds but if you are two or four, the house is all yours anyway.
