The door to our room didnt close all the way. You could see through the bottom of the door into the room. We ended up barricading outselves in the room using something to push the door closed. We did mention it to the office and they mentioned they r changing the weather stripping for the doors. Maybe as a suggestion, close off those rooms until that work is done. You cant a safety/security issue for guest just to make money.

I cancelled my stay because the property did not feel safe. Guys “hanging out” in the parking lot (they were not guests), surrounding area very depressed. Poorly lit area. All the red flags were there.

Well we went down at like 9:30.And there was no breakfast.Not even no one at front desk to ask about it.And they could put maybe 2 extra towels in room.

NO breakfast --- check in guy said ALL Days Inns are moving away from included breakfasts, but that Expedia would not advertise that point so that people would continue to book through their site. Also, check in guy said payment from Expedia was "Declined." Finally determined there was a difference in sales tax. This left me in a panic for a bit, but Expedia Chat Agent assisted, and check in guy called his manager, so it all finally worked out.
