Kaksikerroksinen rivitalo Chestnut Sweet sijaitsee omassa rakennuksessaan yhdessä Marbleheadin historiallisessa kaupunginosassa, nimeltään Telakka. Se on hiljainen ja yksityinen, lempeä, takkatuote heikentämättä päiväsi toiminnoista - lähellä olevissa rannoissa, ostosmahdollisuuksissa ja ruokailutilassa kaupungissa ja nauttien Marbleheadin rikkaasta historiasta. Kaikki on helpon kävelymatkan päässä. Sweetin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on olohuone puutarhassa (tarvittaessa vedettävä täysi vierasvuode), taulu-tv-olohuone, keittokomero, täysi kylpyamme sadesuihkulla, pesulapalvelut ja helppo, yksityinen pääsy pohjakerrokseen. Sen toisessa kerroksessa on queen-vuode, puoli kylpyamme ja vaatekaappi. Kattotuulettimet ja täysi vaihtovirta sekä upeat äänieristykset tekevät Sweetistä todella suloisen. Vierailla on polkupyöriä, rantatuoleja ja pyyhkeitä sekä ystävällisiä isäntiä, jotka ovat käytettävissä ympäri vuorokauden.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Marblehead Museum & Historical Society. Tranquil Retreat

We received a warm, hospitable greeting at check-in. Francie provided a tour of The Sweet and made us feel comfortable as we settled in. The Sweet was converted from a machine shop into the most delightful vacation cottage. I would wake up and want to stay in the bedroom all day, it was so peaceful. We had breakfast amongst the hydrangeas, and then I wanted to stay there all day. They had fruit bowl, cheese, bottled water, and more for us when we arrived. Francie put fresh cut flowers from the garden in the living room and sittting room/2nd bedroom. The kitchenette included all the appliances and service ware needed for a vacation. The manuals for the appliances were right next to them, in case we were unsure about their operation. The hosts provided a wonderful binder filled everything you want to know regarding The Sweet, local urgent care, supermarkets, and restaurants. I appreciated being able to do a small load of laundry before returning home. Both beds were comfortable. I cannot say enough nice things about The Sweet and the hosts. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I would love to return.

Charming private townhouse in beautiful Marblehead, Ma.

Warm, welcoming, beautifully decorated, everything needed for a relaxing visit. Francie and Bob are wonderful, affable hosts. They are truly attentive to every little detail, especially if you're celebrating a special occasion!The neighborhood is charming and quiet but within a few minutes drive to several affordable and delicious restaurants. This was our second visit, can't wait to return!

Helped Make the Perfect Valentine's Weekend

We genuinely had the best experience we've ever had with staying at a rental property. Francie and Bob are lovely people. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay we could have possibly had. We were greeted with a basket of goodies, fruit, muffins, and some of the most comfortable robes we've ever worn.The property is exactly as described and is a great utilization of the space. Francie and Bob made themselves readily available to help with everything. I would highly recommend a stay here

Back Again!

We stayed at this lovely little home for a full month a year ago. We stayed another 8 nights this time. You just cannot beat this property or the hosts! Our previous stay was in the summertime. This stay was over Thanksgiving and some cold weather. The Sweet has the greatest fireplace that quickly warms you and creates the coziest atmosphere. We loved it and you will too. We highly recommend the Sweet!

Cozy New England Cottage

This was a dream come true. This cozy cottage was the perfect place for a fall stay in Massachusetts. My friends and I stayed and drove to Salem. It was a short beautiful drive from the cottage. Francis was the perfect hostess. I would completely recommend!

A cozy spot

Beautiful. The “cottage”was perfect and the location couldn’t be better for us. We were able to easily get around the North Shore to visit family and friends, and yet have a lovely spot to relax after busy days. Marblehead is a wonderful place to stay with lots of little parks to explore and many restaurants to choose from You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful slice of Massachusetts

Stayed here this summer as part of our road trip to MA. Spent 4 nights in this absolutely lovely little townhome in Marblehead while we explored the Salem area, which was just a little over a 10 minute drive away. Francie was so welcoming when we arrived and she had a very thoughtful welcome basket with fruit, cheese, crackers, and chocolate that we put to good use during our time there. Marblehead is such a cute and charming town, and this place, which is behind Francie and Bob's home but still feels very private, was just a 2 minute walk from the picturesque cove. We loved every bit of our stay here and would certainly come back again!
