We go often and always love The Copley House. All the properties we saw have been wonderful. Parking is easy and convenient. Location is unbeatable. It’s clean and well maintained. I love there is a coffee and all the fixings available on arrival!

Yes, Copley House is very good place to stay in Boston for a reasonable price. I been in 2022 with my sons as well. The only thing that is not very good are the beds. They had seen better days!!!!! It is time to change the mattresses!!!A suggestion: put hungers behind the door of the room. They would be very useful especially in Winter when we carry heavy coats that are difficult to store in any closet. The service is excellent. The organization of everyday is excellent too : you get whatever you need in your room, for example, a pan , towels just with a text message. Also the place has washer and dryer, very convenient for the guests . The location is fantastic around one block from Prudential subway station. There is a Convenience store in the corner and Start supermarket at less than 3 blocks. I’ll be back as soon as I travel to Boston again.

Check in and out was seamless. Room was clean and comfortable and perfectly located. Did have an issue with temperature regulation--didn't realize that unit had baseboard heating that was independent of wall-mounted unit and needed to turn on A/C so room wasn't too hot.

Parking was easy and close. There are so many cars in Boston it was hard to park anywhere so I'm happy they had a paid space for us, a short walk away. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Parking is terrible..8 minutes walking and the garage isn't 24/7 in particular to 3:00am to 5:00am in the morning. Waiting for 15 minutes outside at 15F to let me in. Outstanding hotel staff, immediately response and friendly. Room is clean but very small with all kitchen accessories. Good!

It's not a hotel, it's more like a guesthouse. When we checked in, we were sent to a different building, which was very far away. The weather was cold, and we had to carry our luggage back and forth. They gave us a parking spot, but it was expensive and also very far away. It was really inconvenient. They promised breakfast, but there was no breakfast. We stayed in a cold basement room. It was a terrible accommodation experience.
