Courtyard Marriott Downtown is in an excellent location and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming, and the breakfast menu was varied and plentiful. The rooms are tight but nicely furnished.

I needed a room for one night and this was a perfect location, right next to the concert venue. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfy. The only thing that would have made the room a bit better would have been a fridge to keep my water and juice cold.

Noiseyard by Marriott

Great location but forget about getting a good night's sleep. The Royale next door (or in the same building) has "music" from midnight to 2 am Thu-Sun. By "music" I mean why on Earth do some humans expose themselves to a nonstop assault on their senses and sanity? Oh, of course humans on mind altering substances. I will never stay here again.
