Front desk person went above and beyond, opening the front door when I approached with extra luggage. Then she checked me in quickly and assisted in getting my things into the elevator. And all of this with a smile and a friendly attitude. After a long day, it was exactly what I needed.

The general manager was amazingly accommodating!!! He went above and beyond for us! We checked in extremely late at night and Dietrich was so welcoming and helpful. He was polite and courteous even though I was exhausted and not completely with it all. Thais was so friendly in answering all my questions the next day. The staff here seriously are eager to please and it was refreshing! The lobby was immaculately clean and inviting. The breakfast was so yummy and they had the best hours - available until 10am on the weekend! And their front desk allowed us to check out at noon which gave our lazy butts an extra hour to sleep in, get breakfast until 10 and then take the rest of the time to lollygag with packing up and leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston. They're only 20 minutes from the wharf and aquarium. They're so close to the on ramp for 93 South into Boston! Located across the street is their grocery store, Market Basket. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food options for any diet, even vegetarian. We didn't do any shopping for souvenirs or products outside of the food realm, but there are plenty of options to window shop. Overall, we spent a lovely weekend at the Fairfield Inn with lovely staff and accommodations. Five stars all around!!

We booked this hotel due to its convenient location as we were going to Boston, Salem and Plymouth. It was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again. Only con was parking but our trip was over the Labor Day weekend so we knew the hotel would be busy.
