The room was clean and presentable. The staff was phenomenal very professional and welcoming. The only concern I had was when the fire alarm went off staff should have been more visible to relay directions for a fire drill and to answer questions/concerns. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive and the amenities are great. I would have given a higher rating but the bed was awful! I didn't eat, so I can't speak to the food. I stayed 2 nights and I had to take ibuprofen to make it through the 2nd night because the mattress was so soft.
