Tämä talo on rakennettu vuonna 1860. Vuonna 1900 talo oli ostettu ja muunnetaan 2-perheen kotiin sijoittaa suurperhe. Tänään kodeissa näin Bostonissa on muutettu asuntoja ja asunnot. Säilyttäen sen alkuperäisen rakenteen jokaisessa huoneessa tässä historiallisessa 2-osoite Rakennus on uusittu tarjoamaan kaikki modernit mukavuudet, jotka tekevät miellyttävä. House ominaisuudet aikakauden kuten jyrkät portaat ja pienempi huone koot voisi osoittautua haasteellista joillekin vierailijoille, mutta täydellinen niille, jotka haluavat kokea täysin historian Boston. Kuitenkin lisättyä mukavuutta ja yksityisyyttä makuutilat voidaan laajentaa lämpimällä säällä kuukautta, 8 erillistä makuutilat, jotka ovat: 1) Makuuhuone queen-vuode (jossa EZ puhaltaa hengen kaapissa), 2) Maple makuuhuoneen täysikokoinen vuode, 3) valkoinen makuuhuoneen täysikokoinen vuode, 4) terassi makuuhuoneen täysikokoinen vuode, 5) Den täysikokoinen ja twin koko nukkuja sohvat, 6) Kuisti hengen vuode (ei lämmitetty siten käyttökelvoton Nov-maaliskuu), 7) 3. kerros Parvi erillistä sänky ja 8) Game Room EZ puhaltaa queen-vuode (myös ei lämmitetty siten käyttökelvoton marras-Mar).

Boston on Amerikan vanhin kaupunki keskustan alueella, jota ympäröi 22 Boston lähiöissä. Kiinteistö sijaitsee Bostonin "Brighton naapuruston", joka on college ympäröimällä Harvard pohjoiseen, Boston College etelään ja Boston University itään. As advertized

The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again.

Amazing historic house in a great location

I loved the house and everything about it. The house is very roomy and accommodates. So many was great for my big extended family. The large table and the beautiful China settings were great for our little dinner party. The house has a lot of character in the neighborhood is very walkable and pleasant. Easy walk to a number of restaurants and cafes and little stores. Easy drive to places like the museums and the airport. The stairs can be a little challenging for older folks and neewly walking kids. The communication with hosts was great and while there were almost no problems but there was was resolved immediately.

Great house for for large family

We had eight of us total staying at this house and there was plenty of room for everybody to sleep comfortably and to lounge around the house. There is great outdoor space ample parking and the location was excellent to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great time and if we were coming back to the area, we definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

A group of 8 of us went to the Boston area for a Red Sox/Yankees game and to celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday. This VRBO was very accommodating for the amount of people we had. The walk to Fenway as about an hour (we could had ubered for 15 minutes though). The drive from the airport was also 20 minutes. The owner was very responsive to everything. 5 star experience.

Brighton Gem

Appreciate the ambiance, vibe and beauty this 160 year old home has. Nice new patio made available at back of property was wonderful. Location was great, easy rides to the Science Museum to hook up with the "Duck Tour and to Fenway Park. Many restaurants within walking distance or a short ride.

Fantastic for the Fit Traveler

We loved staying together in a wonderful home with space for everyone! You must be fit as there are stairs to everything - to get in, to the bedrooms and back down for the bathroom as there is no bathroom for the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The location is ideal! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The location to BC was what we loved - easy route to get there.

Location is prime

Family joined us for our daughter’s graduation from Northeastern. We needed a place to park a large car, enough sleeping areas so everyone could have a bed, an easy to access house so everyone could do their own thing and enter/exit the house easily, a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat every meal out, and a walkable neighborhood for the times we did want to go out. This lovely older home in Brighton checked all the boxes. There was even laundry facilities available as part of the rental. Glad Grandma stayed home- the stairs were narrow and steep, but for our needs, it was absolutely perfect

Overall very nice. Had a family meal here. Used the grill and has a nice dining room. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for our 8 adults and 1 two year old.

Great family spot in Brighton!

My family stayed here when we came to cheer on my brother during the Boston Marathon. The house is well appointed with amenities and is very convenient to several bus lines so public transit was easy. Matt was easy to communicate with, check-in was a breeze, the area was safe and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location.

The house is well stocked with essential items- is warm and inviting. The location is great- nice restaurants, grocery, pharmacy in walking distance. Only caution is that there are a lot of stairs with narrow treads - our older family members had a hard time navigating.

Great House for Big Group

The house is well set up for large groups of people. There were plenty of sleeping options. The neighborhood is really nice. It is walking distance to several good bars, coffee shops, restraunts and concert venues.

Thanksgiving with adult children

The size of the house worked well for a family who wanted space to watch football while others wanted a space for hanging out. The two living spaces were a plus. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and ate at the long dining room table with the china in the house. The house is old-as stated and has some interesting quirks one would expect in a house that old. We walked to Boston College for the football game which was easy and the closeness of Starbucks, CVS and grocery stores a plus Owner should put some of the basics in the house like a few coffee pods and a Keurig for guests the first morning. Also, we had to "heat up" the house when we entered which would have been nice if house was minimally heated when we arrived. It heated up nicely after arriving. Overall a great location and big house for a family of 5

Awesome location, great house

There were 6 in our party and we had plenty of room for sleeping and dining. We had trouble with the front door but were able to get in and out. We also had trouble with the TV in the living room, could not get the cable or streaming channels to come on, but we were able to watch a DVD. The porch TV worked fine. We were not there much so it all worked out. I know the property manager would have helped if we asked because he and the owner were very responsive and wanted to ensure our needs were met.

Nice stay but some much needed maintenance.

The property was everything it was described to be. However, the doorknob on the front door was broken (didn’t affect the security of the place due to the keypad, but still sketchy). There was what looked to be mud or feces on some of the towels that were there for showering. The A/C units could use a decent cleaning as well as we saw some mold spores in the vents. Additionally, the dishwasher door had to be held shut it order to run properly and there were HUGE carpenter ants that were in the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.

Brothers Bachelor Party

The house and neighborhood were both outstanding. It was such a great trip. Plenty of space, very cool colonial feel. Huge backyard to hangout in with a very cool church bell tower rite behind in the distance that chimes on the hour giving the house such a calming ambience. The chimes are not heard from inside, so don't worry about it waking you up. Plenty of parking as well. I highly recommend!
