The hotel is nicely kept and the staff were very nice. It is a bit noisy due to high traffic area. Also the parking is not the best, gets full fast. Room was clean, the lighting wasn't too great only one overhead light in the corner had tot turn on all lamps in the room. The bed mattress and pillows could be better. Bathroom was nice and clean, handle to turn on water was hard and the covering plate was loose. Loved that they had Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options.

Property a little out of the way if you have no car BUT the T station is a 5 minute walk away for the beach or Boston. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are huge. Bathrooms are very clean and spacious, free toiletries are all high quality.. Beds are extremely comfortable with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Tea/coffee facilities in room, well stocked. Fridge and microwave also in there. Free breakfast was good. Bar area was very spacious with a small but well stocked bar. Frer tea/coffee/water un receotion. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Very helpful. Pool and fitness center always a bonus.

Not bad, just need to extend breakfast hours

Last-minute stay booked due to flight delay. Unpleasant surprises: shuttle service ended before we arrived. Breakfast ended at 9:30. I watched several people turned away when they went for breakfast. Should serve later, especially when so many of the customers are travelers dealing with late nights and odd schedules. 10:30 would be much more compassionate. That said, the building could use some updates but the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and staff were accommodating, allowing no-hassle late check-out (noon).
