At 12am there were people talking loudly in the hall way. There were bugs on the sofa, I got bitten badly all over my neck, hands and arms. The front desk lady was very rude and impolite.

Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed

Shower curtain rod was one of those that is curved to allow more space. It was installed with the curve down rather than to the outside, so the curtain slid down and only covered the middle third. The bathroom itself was huge, but the space was not used efficiently with a very small counter and no place to store our toiletries or anything else. I loved the wall in the bedroom separating the beds from the sitting area - made it a lot easier to get our son to go to sleep while allowing us to stay up later.
