The house has 3000 sqft living area and is in a quiet area in Arlington height and with steps away to bus station (T station/Boston). The house has 4 bedrooms and one additional guest bedroom which is located on the first floor. The house is child friendly. Equipped with crib and play & pack. The house is also equipped with large new kitchen and bathroom, open concept throughout the first floor. Large basement with 65 inch smart TV. Parking space can fit 3 compact-size cars.

The house was great- very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and communication with host was excellent. We enjoyed the location well. The only suggestion we had would be to include more kitchen equipment and dishes. For example, there were only 7 mugs for a house that sleeps 10, no pots except a large stock pot and only 3 wine glasses. Skillets, plates and bowls were plentiful, however.

Clean home with spacious kitchen and short drive to Boston, Lexington and Concord. Lots of historic sites close by. Driveway was a little tight for 2 vehicles but we made it work.

Nice place in an area with few short term rentals and no hotels

The house was nice. Looked like a recent renovation. Comfortable beds/pillows. Nice towels. Good WiFi. Key code for entry. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. One cannot park on the street. The driveway accommodates 2 cars, perhaps 3 if they are small.

Good recovery

We were disappointed to learn—at the very last minute—that our original booking had been double booked. It was a stressful surprise, especially so close to our travel date. That said, the host did step up quickly and offered us a different home to stay in. While it wasn’t the ideal start to our trip and not the home we had originally chosen, we appreciate that a solution was found promptly and we were still able to enjoy our marathon weekend. Credit where it’s due for the quick recovery in a tough situation.

Lovely home outside of Boston

This home is very spacious and met all of our needs. We were there for a wedding in Boston and did not spend much time in the house. It’s a little spartan in furnishings, and we ran out of mugs in the kitchen. The home was very clean and comfortable. It is not near public transportation and going in and out of the city three days in a row was a little taxing. I grew up around Boston and I guess I was just surprised by how much more traffic there was! All in all a great rental.

Excellent for our group!

The house is very spacious and the layout of the 4 bedrooms upstairs offered privacy and soundproofing which was great because we had 2 infants. Bathrooms are terrific and well designed. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable and felt very safe. While we were looking forward to using the finished basement space, we weren’t able to because of the musty smell. Also, I highly recommend that the host use non toxic laundry detergent. I had to wash some of our bedding in some that I brought as some of our group is highly sensitive to chemicals. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Excellent Location

Home was well maintained and close enough to Boston but far enough from the hustle/bustle. The towns of Arlington, Belmont and Watertown are charming. Plenty of rooms for good sized family or small family reunion or bunch of friends! House was clean with nice touches. I will stay here again.

My parents live in town so it was lovely to have all my family to stay at this Vrbo and be able to celebrate with my Dad! The house was perfect..the rooms were spacious and the kitchen bathroom areas were so clean! The host was very accommodating and communicated with me very quickly!

Excellent property!!

This home was perfect for my group of 8 adults. Plenty of space for us to hang out, but not be crowded. Absolutely beautiful home with a wonderful kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and all of the amenities you may need. Probably about 25-30 minutes from downtown, so you will need a vehicle or use the public transportation. We did take the subway from downtown and then the connecting bus, which stopped about a block from the house, so it was perfect!

Great place to stay. A little short on towels, plates and kitchen seating for a place that sleeps 10, but the hosts were very communicative and everything was as advertised. Easy drive into downtown Boston for our family vacation. Recommend!

Great location, updated, clean and plenty of room for our multigenerational family trip!

Our family of five plus grandparents enjoyed our stay in Arlington. Great WiFi, on demand hot water, great appliances and kitchen. We found this house to be just as listed with an excellent location and beautiful/spacious interior. The full bath and bedroom on the first floor was useful, plus the bonus space in the finished basement. They’ve done a great job updating the house. I will note that since it’s primarily a rental, there aren’t as many “lived in” touches like you might find at an older place or someone’s primary residence (e.g., a collection of books, a hook by the door, etc.) The positives drastically outweigh those nit picks.

Beautiful, clean and will book again

We had a family funeral and needed a space for 5 adults. The home is newly remodeled and beautiful. Clean and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect choice. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area was perfect to enjoy a meal and spend time together. I will definitely stay there again.

Updated centrally located home

Nice stay! Home was a great home base as we visited everything to see in the Boston area. Owners were very responsive when we needed them. Probably wouldn’t recommend for more than 10 people- additional sleeping spaces only on couches (kids probably wouldn’t care as much). Also listing isn’t clear but you will be charged for occupancy over 8 people even though it clearly sleeps 10. There isn’t enough couch seating in the main living area for gathering your whole group- this didn’t bother us much as we didn’t spend much time at the actual property.

Lovely stay!

We met for a corporate retreat and really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean. Lovely setup. Owners may want to consider labeling that very slight step in the Master Bedroom, as we had multiple people trip on it, and also consider adding towel racks in the bathrooms and bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Would stay here again, absolutely! Recommend.

Excellent stay

The owner communicated immediately. The house has very comfortable beds in all 5 bedrooms. The kitchen worked well as we cooked for six adults for two of our nights. I would highly recommend this house.
